Regional Operating Manager - Mid-Atlantic
Dale House is a 30 year veteran of the Brokerage and Property Management business. He began his career with Pardoe Real Estate in Washington DC in 1992 and became the Washington Rookie of the Year for Sales in 1993. When NRT purchased Pardoe in 1998, Dale was a top producer and also worked Coldwell Banker Property Management Operations in the Washington Metro area. Dale became Senior Manager and Washington Regional Operations manager of the Washington Metro in 2006 and in 2010 became the Regional Director of Property Management for the Washington and Baltimore Regions for Coldwell Banker Property Management. In 2015, Coldwell Banker Property Management became HomeRiver Group®. Dale continued in the role of Regional Operations Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region that covers Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

John McVicker
Property Manager - Virginia
John McVicker began his career in Property Management as a Manager in May of 1995 with ERA Lakewood Realty in Alexandria, Virginia. In the years that followed there were multiple mergers that brought John to Coldwell Banker Property Management. John temporarily left the company in August 2006 to continue within the same industry however returned Coldwell Banker Property Management in October of 2007. John has held his Realtor License in Virginia since 1987.

Holly Henrickson
Property Manager - Vienna
Holly’s interest in real estate began in 1985 while working for a developer of a new planned community in Loudoun County, Virginia. Soon after obtaining her Real Estate license in 1995, she transitioned to commercial real estate and spent the next 15 years managing and leasing shopping centers and office buildings in Maryland and Virginia. In 2011, Holly moved back to Loudoun County and accepted an opportunity to join Coldwell Banker as a Sales Associate and since 2013 as a Property Manager in the Vienna, Virginia office.
